La Dignidad Migrante Society, (DIGNIDAD) is an organization run by Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) from many countries. Black, indigenous and people of color who voluntarily build the house where our voices matter. We promote the organization of TFWs in general, and agricultural workers in particular to prevent abuse, exploitation, racism, discrimination, human and labour traffic, gain rights, have benefits, guarantee our physical and mental health, and solve our daily problems, helping each other in the good and bad times through 37 free services, while we are in Canada.
During 18 years we have been assisting, at no charge, to over 70,000 TFW with 36 different services.

We strive to empower black, indigenous, people of colour and other migrant workers to create a world where each of us can live and work with dignity, security, freedom and opportunities. A community where our voice matters, and coexist with love, respect, joy, humor and hope to rebuild our lives.
Our Mission
Help each other in the good and bad times to stop black, indigenous, people of colour and other migrant workers abuse and exploitation. Also to provide them service, representation and any support free of charge to solve our daily problems during our stay in Canada.
